kkaloo offers the following subscription plans (prices in USD):
All subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable rate until cancelled.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the selected subscription amount on the applicable recurring schedule. We do not store full card numbers.
Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment. Each subsequent billing period begins immediately after the previous one ends. For example, a monthly plan starting on 15 January renews on 15 February, 15 March, and so on.
The $0.99 trial gives you full access for 7 days. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a monthly plan at $19.99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial charge of $0.99 is separate from and in addition to any subsequent subscription charges.
To change your subscription plan (e.g. from monthly to yearly), contact support@kkaloo.app. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial-period credits are issued for downgrades.
You may cancel at any time via kkaloo.app/manage or by emailing support@kkaloo.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. No refund is issued for the remaining period unless you qualify under our Refund Policy.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If the charge continues to fail, your access may be suspended until payment is received. We will notify you by email if a payment fails.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for existing subscribers. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes. VAT or other taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country of residence, in accordance with applicable law.
