We want you to be completely satisfied with kkaloo. If you are not happy for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, contact us at support@kkaloo.app and we will issue a full refund of that payment — no questions asked.
To request a refund:
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are not provided as a matter of course. However, we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to assist.
The $0.99 7-day trial fee is non-refundable after the trial has started, except where required by applicable law or as part of our 30-day guarantee if claimed within the guarantee window.
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period. To receive a refund, you must explicitly request one as described above. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or national law. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from digital service contracts within 14 days of purchase, unless the service has already commenced with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.
